Return and Exchange Policy
At VA LED Headlights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact our customer service team at va.led.headlights@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack the item securely.
4. Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Provide us with the Tracking Number once package has been shipped out to us.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items can be exchanged for a different item within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Exchange an Item:
1. Contact our customer service team at va.led.headlights@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item you would like.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Send the original item back to us following the return instructions.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item to you.
Additional Information:
- If the new item you request is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to select a different product.
- Any price difference between exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly, and you will be notified of any additional charges or credits.
- Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at va.led.headlights@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
