1. Warranty Coverage
Our products are covered by a 1 - 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty time will vary with each product. You will find the warranty time terms on each product description. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. What is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Malfunctions under normal use and care.
3. What is Not Covered
- Damage due to improper installation, use, abuse, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our customer service team at va.led.headlights@gmail.com within 30 days of noticing the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect, along with any supporting images or videos.
- Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
5. Warranty Resolution
If the warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with an identical or similar item.
- Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product back to us. If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
7. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
